TO KEEP US ALL SAFE,
OUR PHYSICAL OFFICE IS CLOSED.
But we are still open for business
in the virtual world.
While there is hope on the horizon, COVID-19 continues to affect all of us. We understand that even under the best of circumstances, legal matters are often highly stressful. And so we want you to know that even though our physical office is closed, we are able to reach all of our new and existing clients via Zoom, Skype, Facetime, e-mail and telephone.

We are offering every option that we can to keep in touch with you:

Our phone line will remain open. You can continue to reach us at (919) 322-9623.
We will continue to collect mail and overnight packages every day at our physical location.
We will continue to offer online consultations. Please follow the Book Online link on our website for available appointment dates and time.
We will continue to provide advice, counsel, and representation, but only via US mail, e-mail, phone and videoconference.
If we enter into a legal engagement agreement after our online consultation, we will collect all necessary documents and signatures from you, submit your paperwork to USCIS, the Department of State or other government agency electronically, when possible, or via overnight courier service, and follow your case and keep you updated until its completion.
We are following, and encourage everyone to follow, recommended safety guidance from health care professionals:
Wear a mask over your nose and mouth to protect yourself and others and stop the spread of COVID-19.
Stay at least 6 feet (2 arms length) from others who don’t live with you.
Avoid crowds. The more people you are in contact with, the more likely you are to be exposed to COVID-19.
Avoid poorly ventilated spaces.
Wash your hands often.
Cover coughs and sneezes.
Clean and disinfect.
Monitor your health daily and be alert for symptoms.
Please stay safe.
