OUR IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICES
Sometimes the law is hard to translate.
We speak your language.
As a sole practitioner, Carol Armstrong will personally work with you from the initial consultation to the day your immigration benefit is granted.
INITIAL ONLINE CONSULTATION
Because every case is unique,
we require an initial online consultation.
Before filing any paperwork on your behalf, we need to know about your unique situation. Every fact matters, and we know what questions to ask to determine whether you are eligible for an immigration benefit. Our one hour consultation is $150, during which time we will thoroughly examine every possible path for you.
FAMILY-BASED IMMIGRATION
PIP, K-1 Fiancé(e) Visas, Adjustment of Status (Green Card) for spouse, child, parent, sibling
The path to a green card for some families starts with a Form I-129F fiancé(e) visa petition or a Form I-130 immigrant visa petition. After an initial consultation to determine whether you are eligible, we will file the appropriate petition and if applicable, an application to adjust status.
HUMANITARIAN IMMIGRATION
DACA, VAWA, TPS,
Refugees, Asylees, T and U Visas
There are humanitarian programs and protection to assist certain individuals, such as victims of violence and human trafficking, who are in need of shelter or aid from disasters, oppression, emergency medical issues and other urgent circumstances.
